• User: Anyone accessing the platform, including Clients and Workers
• Client: Users who hire services
• Worker/Freelancer: Individuals providing services
• Subscription: ₹199 monthly plan for workers

2. Nature of Platform

DailyWork is a technology platform that connects clients with independent workers/freelancers. We do not provide services directly and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by workers.

3. User Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older
• Accurate and complete registration information is required
• DailyWork may suspend or terminate accounts with false information

4. Payments & Subscription

For Clients

• Clients pay workers directly
• DailyWork does not process service payments

For Workers

• ₹199 monthly subscription fee
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• No commission on earnings

5. User Responsibilities

• Do not misuse the platform
• No illegal, false, or harmful content
• No fraud, harassment, or abuse
• Follow all applicable laws

6. Worker Responsibilities

• Quality and completion of services
• Professional conduct
• Required tools, licenses, and permissions
• Handling disputes with clients

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate service requirements
• Make payments directly to workers
• Resolve disputes directly with workers

8. No Guarantee of Work

• No guarantee of job availability
• No guarantee of earnings
• No guarantee of service completion

9. Cancellation & Termination

DailyWork may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Users may stop using the platform at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable even after termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

DailyWork shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute between clients and workers, service quality issues, payment disputes, or indirect damages. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.
